3 New Music Seminars Want to know about the music business

The Jersey boys came to the rescue, the 101.5 NY Dj;s came to hold a make up Prom for students after the kids were accused of drinking at their prom.  Only a few kids actually tested positive for intake but parents are mad.  The kids were taken by police to a hospital and bullied into taking drug tests.  The kids had asked to take breathalyzer tests and was told no, had to go for blood tests at the hospital. Fully missing the prom, the 13kids were upset as their parents were.  The Djs are having another prom for the whole school later and that is good.

Have you seen the new pictures of Kevin Federline.  The bum has been dodging cameras and news for weeks.  He now has changed his looks.  He wears suits and looks like he can actually have a job.  Maybe, he is not a bad guy parents say he is. Maybe it is all hype to sell magazines.  But the bum look is out, and the business suit is in.  With a "Queer Eye" type makeover, Britney Spears' hubby, Kevin Federline, is trying to put his greasy, grimy image behind him — and all it took was a shower, a shave and a collection of stylish suits.  Kevin, whose 8 1/2-month-old son, Sean Preston, was recently bobbled (dropped) by mama Britney in Manhattan, Kevin simply complains to the press that people who think of him as a sleazy party animal have got it all wrong.

This years Puerto Rican Parade is coming this Month and is being hosted by Lean Back Star, Fat Joe, with Marc Anthony hittin em with the bling.  It should be a day to dance and become Puerto Rican with us for a day.  The weekend is usually a lot of fun and great food is sold throughout the parade route.  If you want to get a touch of the Rican Cuisine please come Saturday the day before for the 113th Street fair, the upper East sides Puerto Rican Heritage event.  It is a lot of fun.

Hansons is working on their new album, the reason this is news is the youngest member got married in Hotlanta.  Zac Hanson, the cute lil one is now 20.  We wish them both well in their new life together, hoping you did a prenup kid.  Don't let em take your money without showing the real love.  He is marrying longtime girlfriend all gist's aside, Kate Tucker.

American Idols Roger Daughtry turned down a offer to be lead singer of a band (Fuel) just hours after he got voted off as a finallist.  He is instead going to pursue other interests, he should try it, he might not get too many opportunities if he passes it up.  I am just sayin...lol, good luck man.  Who cares, Taylor Hicks won... hence pic of him...

Benny Medina is tired of emailing, or the constant emailing of his clients - Mariah Carey, Tyra Banks among others so he decided to not accept anymore emails.  He announced it publicly and means it.  His Blackberry is silent and no more emails during meals, so you must call him.  I know how he feels, it is infuriating sitting down to eat and have people interrupt all the time.  Let me eat, can I for just a minute...

Busta has been given a lot of press from many communities about the song "I love my Bitch"  Well lets hear what its all about?  Whatever happened to Ja Rules, What would I do without you..  Ashanti....lol

Ok the battle Royal is coming, not talking about Wrestling chaps, it is on in the box office X Men against Superman, Who will win in the End?  X Men is a all out film and it is Superman who will have to fill some big shoes.  Christopher Reeve was a perfect Superman and now it is the new boys turn.  There has been a lot of Superman's, Dean Cain was even a Superboy-Super club member, and my favorite is Smallville but can this newcomer bring it in Superman Returns. 

Christina Milan has been dropped by her record label. Island DEF jam has been less than pleased with our lately. Christina's last album went into the toilet. L.A.Reed who is the CEO of the Reagan label was pissed when Christina passed on the chance to record the song "SOS". L.A.Reed gave the song to other label mate Rhianna. Christina was also booted from the cover of Vibe Magazine.

Kevin Aviance was attacked by four young punks. The amazing drag queen, who is known for a lot of hits, (Din Da Da, Alive and so many others) was beaten down in the street like a dog. I met Kevin various times with my girlfriend and he was amazing. When he was on stage, he took it over. Kevin's jaw is broken, wired shut after him leaving a bar called Phoenix. The kids will be charged with a hate crime. Kevin vows to perform for the gay pride parade later in June. If you never have gone, check it out with the one you love.  You don't have to gay to check out the parade, but it is fun to watch and very interesting to say the least.  So Check it out.  Find out why it is the 2nd biggest parade besides the crowds that come to the PR Pride Parade.

Queen Latifah is mulling the idea of going for a run on Capital Hill.  Hell, I would vote for her.  She was kidding but said she would like to do something in politics later in her life.  Well, she got my vote.

Jennifer Lopez has won a court battle over her "Flashdance"-inspired video for "I'm Glad." The dismissal of the 2003 copyright-infringement suit filed by Maureen Marder, the former welder/dancer who inspired the 1983 film, was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit.  She looked stunning at the Puerto Rican Parade in NY on the 11th.  Marc Anthony was the Grand Marshal and it was co-hosted by Fat Joe.  An great time was had by all. The 116th festival which was the day before was the showcase of acts and great food to complete the weekend.  One of the biggest Parades in NY, which the Gay Pride Parade in NY is the second largest.  Followed by West Indian and Macy's parades, and Halloween Parade filling out the top 5 in NY.

Sean Pauls release of "Give it up to me" is coming up on the charts, so look for it...

Jack Black has a big weekend ahead, with "Nacho Libre" hitting theaters Friday, and Sunday marking his first Father's Day. The actor announced the arrival of his son, who was born Saturday to Black and his wife Tanya Haden.  He has been doing the circuit and being the proud papa that he is, talking about the blessed event. 

Caribbean festival is this weekend in NY, so come check it out.

On the fight between Christina and Mariah:  Christina Aguilera said: "We were at a party and [Mariah] got drunk and ... had really derogatory things to say to me. It was at that time that she had that breakdown, so she might have been very medicated." Oh no she di'int! and in the other corner Mariah had to say:  Mariah said: "It is sad yet predictable that she would use my name ... for her promotional gain. It is in my heart to forgive and I will keep her in my prayers."

Darryl Hanna was arrested for climbing a tree in a protesting the building of some factory or something.. Who cares.
