Now that Linkin Park lead singer Chester Bennington and his wife, Samantha, are divorcing after nine years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences it is going to be a relief. However, in the center of the divorce are issues regarding their three year old son, Draven. Chester says Samantha is trying to overturn his visitation rights, even though he says, "I have every ability to care and nurture him." The custody suit has not yet been resolved, but in the meantime, the couple has agreed not to make any defamatory remarks about each other in front of their child. Also included in the suit is an agreement regarding any future bed partners for Chester and Samantha: the document says that neither party shall have Draven sleep in their bed while another adult is in bed with them. The other person will sleep in a room other than where Draven is. Hopefully this suit is resolved soon, this is a real strange one.

Poor Mike, he has been the butt of jokes from the start of his trial.  VH1 added insult to injury, they aired a Mike phases.  I  have to say that it was funny, and some true, but could have waited till after the trial to kick his butt. The prosecution rested and final summations are here.  What will be the outcome?  Who knows, but hopefully the beloved singer will not go to jail.  Picture him in jail, now that was disturbing...

Closing arguments are going on Thursday June 2nd.  At least the charge of giving alcohol to minors is a separate charge as the judge gave final instructions to the jury.

Dave Chappelle has had some problems as of late.  It is reported everywhere that he is having a problem keeping it all together.  His success has gotten too much for him, but hey someone get the man some water and some air, I mean a beer!! Dave is learning that it hard to stay at the top, most fold, run or something mutually exclusive.  NEW As I said before, it was exhaustion that was keeping him down and out of the country.  The Comedian also felt that he could not trust the people around him.  According the Times interview this was the problem among the exhaustion.

Paula Abdul has been razzed of late.  She is in trouble for allegedly sleeping with one of the singers on Idol.  Hey stupid, if you did get to sleep with her, shut up!!!  Most would have liked to just chill with her.  I met her and she was mad cool, but you are just a butt head in my opinion.  Since I met her on several occasions, I don't even touched the little dip stick.  But hey it is just my opinion.  What made me even believe in Paula more was her skit on SNL.  She is an ultimate professional, and loved you girl, you go girl, do your thing...lol

JLO has a storm a brewing in her new movie with Jane Fonda.  Oh yes, Lopez is hot in this new movie. She and the old school Jane got it together and did well on this movie.  Jane has not done a  movie in about 15 years, great Showing...
