On Monday the 24th, Mr. P. Diddy closed the doors
of the
New York location of his restaurant Justin's to the public. The music
mogul is searching for another Big Apple spot in which to reopen the
eatery. "Bad Boy representatives are evaluating a number of options for a
larger space in some of New York City's prime traffic areas." We
cannot wait for the new opening, even though I thought the food was
alright, sometimes cold when it got to you besides...Kind of joking.. it
was ok, hope for better cooks. On certain days that was true but
most times it was ok. Maybe a new location will be good.

Well, it happened, Britney Spears is being charged with felony Hit

leaving the scene of accident and driving without a license. The other
driver whose car was hit claims $3000 in damage. Which is a surprise
since anyone who sees the strike would be amazed on the claim. But
she did not even look at the damage to the nurses car, just her own and
left to do her business. Her breakdown was after finding out she would be

A
fan earned the wrath of Miss Patty LaBelle. She was onstage singing
when she asked a man to come onstage and dance with her. He got too
close and she said to him that was too close, he jokingly said to her that
she liked him close. That brought the singers ire to the fore.
She yelled and tried to get him to apologize for being so curt but he
joked more till he found out that she was not playing. He finally
apologized to her and the fans for the bad joke.

I hope you was watching the MTV Music awards
2007. We
were backstage and around the place, drinking it all in.
Unfortunately not everyone is back and the stories, some are keeping to
themselves. Britney's performance was the talk of the town.
Her clothing was a problem for many. She looked lost, her costume
and dancing was horrible. She did not look like she wanted to be
there. She needed to tighten up her body, she was good for two
kids and she just looked entirely uncomfortable but hey... Maybe she
should have watched this one on TV, she was not ready at all.
Not a good start to her comeback. 50, and Diddy were some her
friends that wee without words from this performance. She was the
real talk of the MTV awards and none good.. sorry. Even Simon Crowell
chimed in, saying that he would have kicked Britney off the stage.
Well now, Justin Timberlake has had problems of late, right after the
awards, he had to cancel concerts because of vocal strain. Timbaland
is upset, he & Justin Timberlake felt dissed by Britney this last weekend.
To add insult to injury, Britney went to court for a child custody
hearing and the judge issued a court ordered test. Random drug tests
and also child rearing classes for the star. Her and her ex are
trying to go for full custody. Not going to happen according to most
on her behalf because of her very public happenings. It will be hard
on her half, mostly because everything she does is in the press. If
she could just lay low, and try hard to do good, mend old relationships
with positive people. Maybe mending fences with Timba and Justin
might help her in her career part. She also will need to go along
with keeping out of the party light, stay away from the nightlife
altogether and try to be a good mom.

Reformed drinker Tracy Morgan was sentenced
the other day to
alcohol counseling, five days of community service and a six-month license
suspension for driving drunk along the Henry Hudson Parkway last Winter.
The actor, who plays an obnoxious TV comic on "30 Rock," was pulled over
last November after cops spotted his Cadillac Escalade weaving in and out
of lanes near 158th Street. He blew .126 on the breath test and has since
given up drinking. "Thank God I didn't get hurt and that nobody got
hurt," Morgan, 38, said as he left Manhattan Criminal Court. Tracy
lost a lot of weight during the years, when I first met him, he was kind
of husky. Not bad looking but husky, he does look better thinner and
looks well the the last time I saw him at the court.

Miss Foxy Brown got the
staff, in the worse way, She
got
8 more months in prison. After the debacles with the other
celebrities in the news, she got the short end of the stick. Not
erasing what she had done, but I think most of her stuff is blown out of
proportion. People trying to get money out of her bad situation. But
she does bring it on sometimes, she needed to lay low and keep out of
places that she did not know directly and bring security that would keep
her out of trouble. A lot of stars have security that keep them out
of trouble by dealing with problems themselves.

Vanessa Hudgens from high school musical is having problems with
nudes. She took nude pictures long ago and they were emailed to
someone and it has gotten out. She is remorseful for ever taking
them but it has been a feeding frenzy with the complications of having
taken them at all. Well, Vanessa is adding new worries. Her lawyer
is suing her for back payment of royalties. About $200,000 in
payments for about $5 million in work that she has done, which is about 5%
of her earnings that she agreed to pay him. An example of why you
should always pay attention to what you sign.
Luciano Pavarotti,
1935-2007 has died of pancreas cancer. He has been loved the world

Oprah has done an
amazing thing, she has supported Senator Obama. What does this mean
in Politics and for his campaign, we shall see. It may mean that
some women voters may be lost from Senator Clinton. He may climb a
little closer to her, this is not usually on these pages but we thought it
was interesting enough to mention especially since she is very careful who
she sides with. Fred Thompson also announced he would be running for
president.

Kanye West and 50
Cent are taking their album release rivalry to BET's airwaves Tuesday at 6
p.m. ET for a special episode of 106 & Park.
Each rapper is set to perform new songs on the show, and ESPN's Stuart
Scott will break down their legendary careers by the numbers. "Just make
sure Kanye West shows up," 50 said. "I'm definitely coming," '50 replied.
The rivalry continued up to the MTV awards and now past. Kanye is
winning by a bit and has cancelled a few interviews of late. He is
not good in interviews when in a potentially hot time, his mouth gets the
best of him and he says things out of turn. I think it is good for
him to have cancelled, to keep from saying the wrong thing at the wrong
time. Not everyone is good in a clutch situation.
Now even NY Post is saying that Kanye is too proud to promote.

DMX reportedly
has expressed remorse for the three dogs that were found dead at his
Arizona home during a raid by police on Aug. 24. Among other things,
authorities also found 12 emaciated dogs, illegal drugs, assault weapons
and nonhuman blood. "He's devastated," said X's lawyer Murray Richman.

The finale of P Diddy's 'Making the Band 4' proved to be
a shocker when the most popular competitor, Donnie, was offered a solo
deal instead of band membership. "I thought it would be best to not force
a round peg into a square hole and give him his own shine," Diddy says.
Meanwhile, P Diddy chose five (instead of four) of the all-male
contestants to make up the group.
Usher and Quincy Jones are planning to develop strategic plans to get
more people involved

Lizzie Grubman can drive off into the sunset, now that she has settled the last of
the civil suits from her infamous 2001 smash-up in the Hampton's. "It's
over," said Lee Bantle, the lawyer for Sarah Thorne, one of the 16 people
injured when the public relations princess backed her father's Mercedes
SUV into a crowd of people outside the Conscience Point Inn in East
Hampton. Everyone remembers when she ran her car into the crowd
after leaving a club to say it mildly. Grubman has always maintained
the incident was an accident. Many witnesses claimed it was anything but,
and was the result of her throwing a fit over being denied a parking spot
outside the fashionable nightspot. Grubman, now a married mother of two,
eventually pleaded guilty to assault and leaving the scene of an accident.
She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, unlike Paris, Nicole and others in
the public eye.
