Damn, Damn, Damn, why, oh why is it happening? But
a judge has issued a
bench warrant because the dummy forgot to show up to
a court hearing today in Chicago. Well, truth is Kelly's tour bus
was delayed in Utah, so he was a no show. But the judge in his child
pornography case issued the warrant but won't enforce it just yet. But if
R. Kelly doesn't show up tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM., his butt will be in
mad trouble. Cook County prosecutors pressed the judge, noting he
had already shown considerable leeway in letting Kelly travel outside
Illinois. "This is just an abuse of the process. It's disrespectful of
your honor," said Assistant State's Attorney Shauna Bolicker. Kelly has
been charged with child pornography, in a widely reported case in which he
allegedly videotaped a sexual encounter with a teenage girl. R. pleaded

Britney Spears, was supposed to do a deposition, saying that she was sick,
and was excused
from it. Was seen later that night. She supposedly said that
she was suffering from problems arising from being followed everywhere by
the paps. She did not however too much problems since she went out that
night after 12 am. She got so frazzled when she went to a gas station, she
left her friend/nanny in the store and drove away. Poor nanny was amazed.
You can see the paps running behind saying Brit smile...
After the disastrous "Gimme More" video, expectations were not high for
Britney's new video "Piece of Me" failed especially since her album sales
have plummeted. Not surprising, since she has been a media nightmare and has
been blundering through every performance for a while now. Besides all the
trouble, from her public brushes with the paps, to the raising of kids and
divorce and her wanting to have custody of her poor kids, especially if she
gets custody.

This is crazy, what is the world coming to. Poor Supermodel Naomi
Campbell, the scourge of
assistants everywhere was mugged last night (11th), at a concert in
London. According to the stars camp, there was no mugging, it was
merely her blackberry that went missing. Oh damn need to put caller ID
block back up, she has my number. Ok, back, She enjoyed the concert, found
it was missing, and reported it to the arena. But according to Fox News
reporter, Roger Friedman's report this morning. She was mugged, and was
relieved of her bag and 2 mobile phones within the bag. An arena

yard said that there was no report filed for Miss Cambell. Well, I believe
Roger.. Eddie Van Halen is going to
heart broken when he gets home. It seems that a water main broke and the
water went the path of least resistance. Through the yard and into the
Coldwater Canyon, L.A. home. The water messed up traffic and slowed things
down a bit. What makes it bad is the only home affected was his, and since
he is on tour, he will be pissed when he gets home. Firefighters fought to
put up sand bags around the home to protect it but mud and debris had
filled the pool. But in a ounce of luck, maybe there was no damage
to the house, time will tell. Hopefully Eddie was lucky and the
house was not damaged, but pool must be cleaned.

A Photographer and wannabe Wu-Tang member got into a
fight. Although the photog got a little bloody, because he left on
his glasses, the fan got beat. Yelling Brooklyn, from the look of
the way he fought, he was from Wyoming. He fought like a punk beooch.
But good thing the photog could fight a little, so he got the better hits,
and the scoundrel scattered off like the bug he was... It is hard to be a
journalist.
An Florida judge laid down the law to "American Idol"

For the past two decades, fertility rates have
dropped in industrialized nations (Europe and the United States) without
any clear explanation why. While it's possible that factors such as
pesticides or obesity may be influencing the population decline, many
scientists are looking at something you may have in your hand at this very
moment: the cell phone. Could it be damaging your sperm? While the
research isn't definitive, click to read facts that Dr. Ken Spaeth, a
Research Fellow at Harvard School of Public Health, says you should keep
in mind.
Jay-Z's presidential reign at Island/Def
Jam could be over very soon.
The rapper-turned-CEO's contract expires at the end of December and
renewal negotiations between Jigga and the label have stalled. "He wanted
big, big money that was way out of sync with the realities of today's
record business," a source told New York Daily News. A friend of Jay's
says that talks are still ongoing. But with things as they are, who
knows who will be running things soon. It is amazing how people like
him think of themselves as ball players, and go for unfounded, unneeded
money from labels, claiming they should get it, when what should happen is
that they should be giving that extra money to the people who work there.
Give to workers more perks, and just be glad to be doing a good enough job
to steer for a couple of more years. They make more money then most
of the people on the planet and want more? Kiss my butt to all of
them, who think they are more than the rest of us. Unless you are
doing some concerts with that brother, shut the heck up..lol
