ILL AL SKRATCH  - RAISE 'M UP  - PRESS PLAY
A very good rap tune whose music tracks are quite dynamic. Simple yet powerful. Their fans won't be disappointed. Excellent mix & production work done here. Should be an instant add to radio and jocks playlists. DIG IT OUT- A super hot reggae tune with "knockout" music. Head throbbing bass tracks is on point. No problem for jocks playlists.

CHANDRA SIMMONS  - ON& ON  - ITOJA
A smooth r 'n' b cut. Music is exceptional with some jazzy undertones.Vocals are lovely and performed well. Plus the title contains several mixes. Nicely produced and arranged song. Program this tune into all urban formats.  An A+ production.

TONE TONE  - I AIN'T PLAYING WITCHA  - WIDE OPEN
A lively rap tune whose music packs a punching bass and very catchy hooks. Lyrics are well performed. On the flip side: "HAIR DUE"  - An even livelier arrangement with good music and lyrics.

WILLIE HUTCH  -  LET ME SEE / WANNA LIVE  - O.M.G.
Willie has returned to the music scene with two hot, hip hop / rap tunes. Music tracks are great with some nice hooks to them.The raps have lyrics people can identify with. These offerings will fit well into a jocks program. Should also do well on radio.

D 12  -  40 OZ  - SHADY
This Eminem production as previously reviewed has been revived by the multi talented Lil' Jon. It's been brought back with a hot remix. And it adds a bit more punch to it. Play it!

MR. EASY  -  GRUDGE YOU
K C JOCKEY  - GOOD GIRL
These are four nicely arranged Dancehall tunes released on Koch Records. All the lyrics on each title are supa hot. The more outstanding songs are "Let My Music Play" and "Good Girl".

T S FEAT. FAT JOE & REMY  -  UNIVERSAL
A hot hip hop / rap tune . Music tracks have a poppin' beat. Rap performances featuring Fat Joe and Remy are super hot.  A must in clubs and radio alike.

JOE BUDDEN  FT. DJ KAY SLAY, FAT JOE & JOE  - NOT YOUR AVERAGE JOE  -  DEF JAM
A smokin' remix to a sizzlin' hit. Music tracks  contain exciting hooks from Chaka Khan's "Ain't nobody". Featuring the creative rap artistry of D J KaySlay ,Fat Joe and Joe. This remix will extend this cuts' hit status in club and radio airplay.

LIL' FLIP  -  GAME OVER (REMIX) / 4 DJ SCREW  -  COLUMBIA
A previously reviewed "Game Over" has gotten an exciting makeover. Everything has been punched up quite well. 4 D J SCREW  -  A smooth down tempo rap with music being a slowed down version of "Game Over". A creative and imaginative touch. Will be enjoyed by hip hop / rap fans.

G C feat. LIL' FLIP  -  HERE WE GO AGAIN  -  O.M.G.
A smooth mid-tempo rap tune. Rap features Lil' Flips talents. Music has a rockin' hook. Will do well in club and on radio. Play it!

THE ROOTS  -  DON'T SAY NUTHIN'  - GEFFEN
Excellent Rap tune. Music has a poppin' beat & catchy hook. Excellent lyrics. Will do well in clubs and on the hot urban strreets.

LUDACRIS  - DIAMOND IN THE BACK / WE GOT  -  DEF JAM
Another hot single from Luda's hit LP "Chicken And Beer".  A smooth down tempo tune with great music tracks borrowed from William DeVaughn's classic hit by the same title updated & adapted to today's Rap form. Ludacris' lycris is in fine form.  WE GOT  - Another down tempo tune. The track contains many outstanding hooks and sound effects. Rap is hot and features a collaboration with I-20, Tity Boy & Chingy. A must for Rap Music fans.

ESSA  - SHAKE WIT IT (TEST PRESSING)  - O.M.G.
A cool Rap tune with a hot delivery. Music has a "Vivrant Thing" flava in it. A very good test pressing.
