Well, it is on now, the birth Mother of Angelina's child Pax wants to contest the adoption of her child.  Brad and Angelina adopted the child after the grandparents put the child up for adoption.  Pham Dong (the mother), it seems is trying to seek money or try to get him back.  Pax was literally abandoned with the grandparents, and they feel that Dong a heroin addict just, as usual wants money to go away. More about Brad and Angelina's adoption.  Now, there was a credible threat to Pax, a group was said to have wanted to snatch the tot to hold him for ransom.  The news has shaken Tinseltown and made many worry about their children's safety.

Ricky Martin has been picked NY's Puerto Rican Parade King for the parade this year.  He is the top Puerto Rican/Boricuen Artist, that is from record sales, and being top selling artist of all time from Puerto Rico.  He was also picked because of his tireless work to bring attention to the exploited children worldwide. He accepted and was very honored to hear that he was picked.  It will be great to see him this year again.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell claims that yoga and anger management classes have helped Naomi calmed down. What is amazing that is Campbell has found an outlet that she can stick to. The catwalk queen is insisting that she is trying to be more peaceful. Part of court ordered deal will be that she will be mopping the floor as next week, at the city sanitation garage. This court ordered punishment is for beating, I mean beaning her maid with a jewel encrusted cell phone. Naomi has had trouble with staff before, but what can one do. Naomi's camp will donate to her favorite charity by auctioning off the jeans and boots, she wears while sweeping up. She started the day walking in at 7am with boots hanging from her shoulder. She swept the garage from stem to stern. 2nd day and she is still going strong.  No worse for wear as she ended the day of working hard for the judgment, so hard for the judgment... so hard for community service so she better get it right.  Naomi Campbell is getting star treatment from the sanitation workers, however.  A sanitation Carried her bag after it was handed to a sanitation worker and waved off, the cop took her bag for her.  The officer carried the bag out of courtesy, not policy.  Naomi finished the week with a touch of glamor.  She finished her community service looking like a model in a shiny number that befit her model routes.

Hillary Duff went from Disc Jockey to singer.  A brunette Hillary Duff sang at a show in Milan last week promoting her upcoming album "Dignity".  It was not so bad, and she looked good in skintight pants.

Sean Carter is selling Rockawear, not controlling interest in the company. Joe Boxer, Iconix owner is buying for $240,000 and they will Come out with The Sean Carter Collection, this is a move to diversify its collections.  It will be a great thing to see, for the Sean/Jay Z, will be re-invented in a new style.

Well it is on again, Foxy has done it again and is in court again following a fight in Florida.  She may go directly to jail and not collect her $200.  She is expected in court today to answer about a fight she had in Florida with salon owner that included fighting and spitting on her.  She may be sent directly to jail for violating her parole.  I feel her pain. But she has to clank it down and get her mind right in dealing with these people out here.  She is a bit worried about going back, and understandably so. Brown was arrested in Florida for the fight, which she is in court for here in NYC.  Foxy said the police ruffed her up for being a young black woman!!!  All Blacks and Hispanics, not to mention many of Color feel her pain in Florida where to be a person of color means pulling you over and frisking you as a means of saying hello in regards to police authorities.  Most police stops in the state are not in favor of the driver but the reaction of some of the police there is unwarranted and disturbing.  So her being arrested, and charged was just par for the course in a racist societal police force.  Hopefully the Judge will take into account that the country bumpkins arrest there instead of talking to complaintants. What should have been a simple case of she said, she said was blown out of proportion.  I have seen more done with damage and both given first aid and asked not to file reports on the other for same offense.  But in return to the point, Foxy can be sent to jail for this offense.  She did supposedly beat two salon workers.

Well, here's the update: Foxy Brown has come through the storm in New York, she did not have to go to jail for violating parole restrictions. That alone should've been great, but now she has to do with the Florida courts. Which is not an easy bone to fix, Florida courts are unusually harsh, when it comes to people of color. They have been notorious for sending people away for long periods of time. One such sentence was 300 years, now that is ridiculous. Her case is minor, but I can still see her going to jail for a civil dispute. Many speculators have said that they feel that she might be going to jail, just because Florida courts want to set examples of people of color. Well, anyway, she's being slapped with battery and resisting arrest charges. Due to the scuffle that she had in Florida, with the beauty shop workers, in which she allegedly threw a glue gun and spat on employees.  Foxy told the court that shopkeeper had dragged her half-naked off of the toilet.  Traffic tickets could affect probation status.

Foxy again lost her license to drive, her and parking tickets are not friends. Her ability to just pay these tickets might cost her a violation of probation if she is not careful.  She also lost her NJ license for the same exact thing. To add insult to injury she is on the no admit list to Juniors.  She allegedly dipped on paying for a $53 tab and has been banned from the Cheese house. Her handlers asked that she be taken off and fooled a manager into signing a statement that she was not on the list and was absolved.  The manager just wanted an apology but was told that he did not know her, she does not do apologies. Foxy, has racked up 16 traffic violations in NY in 3 years. Cited for everything, blowing red lights, weaving across lanes of traffic with no signal and to make the media and judges crazy showing up to court in designer dresses and handbags. She needs to pay $4780 in fines and surcharges. A judge scolded her for chewing gum in court.

According to final reports, Anna Nicole's Mom has conceded defeat, and she will be buried this weekend in the Bahamas. Her appeal was thrown out.  They had a crazy funeral, not in the Bahamas this weekend.  Smith's Bahamian burial was given the go-ahead Wednesday, when a Florida appellate court rejected an appeal by Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, who sought to gain custody of Smith's body for burial in Texas, her home state. After the ruling, Arthur said she would not file any more appeals. The body is expected to be flown early Friday from Florida to the Bahamas, where it will be taken to the Mount Horeb Baptist Church for a memorial service, E! News said. About 300 guests are expected to attend the service.  A pink shroud of feathers, ribbons and rhinestones draped the casket of Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas church where friends and family said goodbye Friday.  Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, asked a judge in the Bahamas Friday morning to stop the funeral and exhume Daniel's body for burial in Texas. Bahamas radio station GEMS 105.9 reported that her request was denied.  Well, it looks like a judge is finally going to settle a custody battle by hearing the case, and ordering for test to determine who the baby father is???

In court documents, filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Jeff Goldblum claims a woman named Linda Ransom has "sent harassing and threatening letters, stalked me at various locations, physically attacked my employee and accosted me."  According to the documents, Ransom met Goldblum at an acting school in Los Angeles where Goldblum teaches. She then began showing up at various locations where he performed with his jazz band, The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra.

In his newest music video, "Give It to Me," Justin Timberlake appears to be taking another hit at one of his biggest musical influences, Prince. The track features JT, Nelly Furtado, and Timbaland each doing a verse that takes a shot at someone. No word on who Furtado is singing about, and rumors have Timbaland taking aim at fellow producer Scott Storch. But Timberlake is more than likely slamming the Purple One when he says, "Now if sexy never left, then why is everybody on my shit?" Prince did a post-Emmy party last year where he joked, "For whoever is claiming that they are bringing sexy back, sexy never left!" So this is looking like a hip hop thing rivalry beef, yeah... ok.  That is how that starts, sorry for helping that along.  Prince is not the biggest of men, but neither is Justin so let the bitch-fight begin. Justin topped the charts on in the hottest Hollywood hunks followed by David Beckham, Matthew McConaughey, Jamie Foxx, and Leonardo DiCaprio.

In a lawsuit, filed March 2 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Gerald Rechnitzer claims he was at Teddy's nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood with his girlfriend after the Academy Awards. Rechnitzer says that as he was leaving, he stopped in the restroom. When he came out, he saw that his girlfriend was speaking with Combs, who was surrounded by his private security detail.  Sean "Puffy" Combs is being sued by a man who claims the music mogul "unlawfully attacked, assaulted and battered" him during a post-Oscar party.  The suit claims "Combs, also known as 'Diddy,' also known as 'P. Diddy,' also known as 'Puff Daddy,' also known as 'Puffy,' hereinafter Defendant Combs," suddenly said to the Plaintiff, "What the f**k you looking at dude?'" Combs then allegedly followed up by yelling, "I'll smack flames out of your ass!"  Suit also alleges that he also wanted to spit on a girl that was with Rechnitzer and pushed his girlfriend. Right now as P Diddy is on tour with Snoop, there is more troubles..

The Olsen twins are set to go under the knife, one wanted to do a nose job and the other wanted to support her and is doing a couple other things. ok... I do not know why, maybe a deviated septum or something, who knows???

Americas Top Model search is moving on, with the new season coming up, they are looking for the next top model.  They are here in NY doing the Casting call.  This should be good, it starts tomorrow.  Also the Mets held a singing contest for this years National Anthem singers.  Lisa Lopez from CW11 was one of the judges and looked fantastic I may say... They took top 25.

Madonna wants to move back to NYC, She has been looking at a mansion for about 40 Million dollars.  She is going to be on a episode of "Nip and Tuck" with Rosie O'Donnell.  This should be a good move for her, even though she gave up the US a while ago and wanted to give up citizenship.  No, I don't forget.

Robbie Williams is now part of the post-rehab celebrity club that has gone to rehab.  He celebrated getting out of rehab at a L. A. club Friday night.  He was supposedly a chain-smoking chimney, with a umbrella looking drink in hand at Les Deux. Robbie had admitted himself for treatment at the Cottonwood de Tucson on Feb. 13th for addiction to prescription drugs and was left on March 7th.  Robbie was partying with Petra Nemcova.

Salma Hayek is going to get married.  The actress turned producer of Ugly Betty is going to get married.  She is said to be very happy. In the case of Ugly Betty, it is going great and getting awards left and right.

The Reverend Al Sharpton denied yesterday that he is jealous of Barack Obama. Shocked in blasted, the Illinois Senator for expecting his endorsement. "The nerve to act like someone is above answering questions," said Sharpton. "His people are trying to say he can not be asked any questions, like any other candidate. I am not going to be intimidated," said Sharpton, who ran for president in 2004. Sharpton has been dogged by rumors that he was just jealous of the rousing black support for Obama's White House ambitions, Reverend Sharpton went ballistic when the rumor appeared in print. "To ask questions is not to be jealous" said Sharpton. "I want to know his position on police brutality, education and healthcare" Sharpton said. Like I have always said boys and girls, be careful what you wish for, when it comes to politicians. I would worry if any politician would not answer questions, I myself have a few to ask him myself.

To all my fellow Spring Breakers, my workers learned the hard way to slow down while on Spring Break in Florida.  Please watch out, there is a couple of officers dressed as Leprechaun's trying to catch speeders. They are under signs telling people to slow down, if you do not heed the warning, guess what? Ticket for your pot of gold eh!!!  Be careful and watch how much you drink.

Happy St. Patrick's day to all our Irish readers, this weekend will be the St. Paddy's day Parade in NY.  It is usually one of the greatest parades in NY. It is the 8th Largest in NYC and usually attended by so many people of all nationalities, mostly Irish-Americans and Irish from Abroad. If you are going to the parade please dress warm, for it will be wet, cold and a great time.  Bring a lot of Hot cocoa, Coffee, and many restaurants/bars will open to receive party goers.  Remember to carry some food with you also for the kids, bring blankets for them, I found that they come in handy for huddling together but it is not always the non bulky thing to carry.  Hand warmers & pocket warmers, they are a great investment for you also to bring.
***There has been extra restrictions on drinking in NY, the railroads like LIRR is not allowing any alcohol on the trains or platform either opened or unopened.  Please anyone thinking for bringing alcohol please don't, police will be checking people indiscriminately. 

Carmen Electra Fell on the catwalk and it was a doozy.  She fell on her way back and just as another model fell after her in the background.  She has not been the first to fall on the runway.  She was wearing a beautiful blue-green gown and it was a bit ungraceful, but she got up and was her usual graceful self again.  Both models are reported to be ok.

Lindsay Lohan is back out of rehab, but she's not up to full strength. On Monday, she was late to the set, took a five hour break. And after emerging from the trailer threw up, and went home. She has been late to the set several times this week, sometimes missing coming in altogether, which is not unusual for someone who just got out of rehab. We wish her luck getting back into the swing of things. She saw her ex Wilmer Valderrama and dissed him even though he tried to sing her a song.

Beyonce Knowles attended a Sports Illustrated party where guests may have been exposed to hepatitis A but she was not at risk of catching the illness because she didn't sample the food, her publicist said Wednesday.
"Thank goodness, neither one of us ate. According to the health department, she wasn't at risk," said publicist Alan Nierob. The Feb. 14 bash in West Hollywood was to celebrate the magazine's latest swimsuit issue. Knowles, who was featured on the cover, and many other models in the magazine were there. The party was one of 13 catered events where people may have been exposed to hepatitis A by an infected cook working for Wolfgang Puck Catering, authorities said. The cook has been placed on medical leave. As many as 3,500 people may have been exposed to the contagious but rarely fatal illness between Feb. 3 and Feb. 20, but "if they didn't touch the food, they're not going to have a problem," Dr. Jonathan Fielding, director of public health for Los Angeles County, said Wednesday. Health officials and party organizers were working to notify everyone on the 13 party guest lists, Fielding said. Oh and the Photo is from the Academy awards show 2007. 
@@@@ Beyonce was ambushed by PETA while she was eating.  They gave her a piece of their mind of their views, and she was nice the whole time. Her mother was upset and wanted the women to leave during lunch and was rightly upset. Ok, I cannot believe this, on Jay Z's table was a bottle of Cristal. Everyone knows he hates the bottle maker, but maybe he is just chillin finally. I guess not, just heard that once he heard about the story, the next morning, he was mad, for he did not drink.  He did confirm that it was sent to his table, we know, I was there and saw the bottle, but I did not see him pour, nor drink. It all started with the remarks of Cristal Exec Frederic Rouzard.   Freddy said "We can't forbid (hip-hop) people from buying it!!" Sparking outrage from J.

 Guess who got a ticket for driving without a license?  Of course it is Paris Hilton, and oh is she in trouble again.  Well it happens to the best and worst people, she was driving without her license on her.  But with her I don't care attitude, will it get her some real sanctions? She may be seeing some real time behind bars for this. One day after violating probation and having her Bentley impounded for driving with a suspended license, Speeding, & headlights off at 11pm.  Miss Paris Hilton emerged from a West Hollywood medical building, with her cell phone implanted safely at her ear. The heiress barely batted an eyelash when a swarm of paparazzi surrounded her as she made her way to a waiting Range Rover. Luckily, Paris rode shotgun this time ... and no authorities were needed. She can and may get 90 days of jail-time, she is on probation with a suspended license and may go directly to jail for this.

Nick Cannon is dating a Victoria's Secret supermodel, but they didn't have a secret wedding. Rumors spread last week that Cannon and stunner Selita Ebanks got married in a quickie ceremony during All-Star weekend in Las Vegas after dating for only three weeks. While nobody was talking at the time, Ebanks has finally come forward to deny that they walked down the aisle. "It's so funny, because I've been saying 'Thank you, thank you' all week -- but no I'm not married,"

Michael Jackson made his first official foray back into the spotlight after his acquittal on child molestation charges in June 2005 with an appearance in Tokyo to accept an MTV Japan award last year. At the VIP party, guests paying $3,500 will get to mingle with Jackson and spend 30 seconds to one minute each of exclusive face time with the Gloved One, according to organizers. It was unclear whether the star will perform any songs. There is still time to purchase tickets and he landed there Monday.

Now Mike is in London, he is driving the staff wild.  He is being a prima Donna again.  First he registered at the hotel as a woman.  He is taking up an entire floor and on top of that he is a bad tipper according to the staff.  Hey, staffers, have you really had a mega star that does, that is why they have handlers.  Stars either pay too much or not at all.
