K
Fed has gone mad, this joker had the balls to strike the WWE Champion John
Cena in the face. This was his second appearance on WWE franchise
wrestling. Well it going to a head, for this maniac challenged the
champion to a match and it was agreed upon by the WWE. It will be a
one on one Monday Night RAW on New Years Eve. If I was him, I would
have an ambulance on call because if he makes it through the night, he
would be lucky. He better pay for some backup, sorry he is not with
Britney, so he might not have that right then. You could not pay a
normal person enough to get in the ring with Cena but to go after him,
well at least Brit can tell the courts that them man is insane and should
not be taking the kids. After that match the kids will be taking
care of him.

Sick Of Acting Like A Rapper, Saigon
Readies Kanye-Assisted Debut LP - Saigon is tired of acting
like a rapper. Although the decorated
underground lyricist landed a recurring role as himself on the HBO hit
"Entourage," Saigon has made it clear he would much rather be living out
his days as a real MC instead of just playing one on TV. He may get
his wish. Saigon recently wrapped shooting the first video from his debut
album, The Greatest Story Never Told, tentatively due at the top of the
new year on Just Blaze's Atlantic-distributed Fort Knox label.
According to Sai,
the long-delayed project now gives him a chance to both reconnect with his
increasingly impatient hip-hop fans and introduce newly acquired admirers
to his musical talents. In addition to production from Just Blaze,
Kanye West is also slated to help Saigon shape his album. But don't expect
many vocal collaborations. Saigon said he's been waiting too long and has
too many things to say to share the microphone during this crucial stage
in his career.
"It seems like too many people are scared to be themselves," he said. "I
don't know if it's because the labels are pressuring them, but they end up
making jingles. That's what I call them. "Hip-hop has gotten too
repetitious," Saigon continued. "It's almost everyone tracing the same
picture. If we're artists, and we consider ourselves that, we got to all
draw different pictures. We can't paint the same things. And that's why I
do me and I'm going to live or die with that."

Gerald Levert passed away last week. He passed away in his sleep
probably of heart attack. He was one of the famous Levert brothers.
His sweet voice was a facet of the Levert sound. Most remember his
warm smile and nice demeanor. Levert, the son of O'Jays member Eddie
Levert Sr., first hit it big with his sibling Sean and friend Marc Gordon
as the trio LeVert in the mid-'80s. The group's hits included the 1987
song "Casanova," which hit the Top Five on the pop charts. Gerald Levert,
the R&B singer whose hits included "I Swear" and "I'd Give Anything," as
well as chart-toppers with the groups LeVert and LSG, has died, according
to his label, Atlantic Records. He was 40 years old & has four kids. His
most recent album was 2005's "Voices." He will be missed.

ACLU Sues New Orleans Over Parade Fees - The city is stifling
free speech and threatening a unique part of its culture by charging
steep fees for police escorts at the jazz-and-parasol processions called
second lines, the ACLU alleged in a federal lawsuit Thursday. 'If we don't
get some relief from the court, this tradition will be taxed out of
existence,' said Joe Cook, executive director of the American Civil
Liberties Union in Louisiana.
Police raised fees from about $1,200 to about $4,000 this year after two
second-line parades were marred by gunfire. One person was killed and
several others wounded. The fees are so excessive they will infringe on
clubs' First Amendment rights by preventing them from holding parades, the
ACLU argues.
