A DEATH IN THE FAMILY
EMINEM 32, was too heartbroken to attend the funeral of his beloved Uncle Todd Nelson.  He and his 17 year old brother Nathan were both no shows to the funeral.  His Uncle Todd was very close with Eminem since his Dad walked out on the family when he was 18 months old.  Uncle Todd died from a bullet wound to the head while sitting in his car at his son's Michigan home on Oct. 18th.  An investigation has been launched into the case to determine the cause of death.  Although Eminem paid for the funeral, his mother went in the sons stead.  Eminem has never been able to handle funerals said family reps. 

BENIFER HAS FOUND A NEW HOTTIE?
Month of October has been good to Ben Affleck, he has been seen in the able company of the Jennifer Gardner (DareDevil), they attended the World Series at Fenway Park on Oct 23, and to make it saucy as news: The sat 4 rows from the spot where he and his former Jennifer (Lopez) caught the game last Oct.  Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig gave them seats in his box so that they could see the St. Louis Cardinals get beat by 11-9 by Boston Red Sox.  Oh yeah and for those who did not know, The Curse is lifted, The Sox Won!!!

BRITNEY AND KEVIN FEDERLINE'S MARRIAGE
Britney and Kevin's new $6.9Million Malibu compound is not finished.  Not ready for them to move in yet but their apartment in Santa Monica is filled with the frilly furniture that Britney is found of.  And it is downright cozy according to them.  What is amazing is that so far her handlers have let her stay married for as long they have.

Last Month Bad Boy Records rapper Elliott Ness, formerly of MTV's Making Da Band II was nearly laughed out the pages when he told XXL Magazine "That's why I be getting in so much shit out here on the street. Ni@@as be running up on me, saying my name on songs. I'm a hungry Ni@@a, like I got feelings too,so I'm a come back. Then we end up throwing our hammers and we be shooting at their cars and sh!t."

Ness, whose real name is David Elliott, was forced to duck bullets early Wednesday morning, October 6th, when a disgruntled would-be collaborator opened fire on his 2002 Dodge Caravan in Queens, New York. New York's Daily News reports that Kenneth Williams, 25, shot out the windows of the rapper's minivan after the two allegedly got into an argument over whether or not Williams would be featured on Ness' forthcoming Bad Boy Records debut.

Williams fired several shots at the rapper's vehicle at 9:00 a.m. ET before barricading himself inside his Jamaica, Queens, apartment with his 19 year-old girlfriend, Vinise Brown-Williams. Ness was unhurt and the police were able to arrest the couple after a brief standoff. The rapper told New York's Newsday, "All this started because I didn't put someone on a song. This is when somebody wants to be Suge Knight." Williams was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief and recklessness. His girlfriend was charged with criminal possession of a weapon. The police recovered a .32 caliber silver revolver and a box of ammunition. The authorities also recovered several shell castings at the scene.
Williams was taken to a psychiatric facility so that he could be evaluated.

PARIS HILTON DISSES BLACK PEOPLE

'DUMB' AND DUMBERER? A newly surfaced Paris Hilton video reportedly includes an ugly racial remark.

Paris Hilton has two faces - and one of them is very, very ugly. In a recently surfaced 12-hour videotape, Hilton is shown in a rather disturbing scene with two African-American men who ask her if she would model their fashion line. Hilton, standing with pal Brandon Davis, is polite to the men, but calls them "dumb niggers" after they leave, according to British reporter Carole Aye Maung, who reviewed the tape.

"Two ... guys begin talking to her," Maung told us. "She's being very, very sweet to them. [But] she definitely uses the N-word. It's so cruel, because they were so lovely, and she was being so lovely to them."  Hilton's reps refused to comment when asked about this specific incident on the tape, first uncovered by Star magazine.

According to Maung, the marathon recording includes footage of Hilton "making love" with Nick Carter in the back of a car, greeting one-time boyfriend Jason Shaw in the nude and rolling a "cigarette." She jokes: "It'll be Paris Hilton Two: How to roll a joint."  It's doubtful she's laughing today.

ON ANOTHER NOTE, Paris Hilton is coming out with a chain of clubs "Paris Hilton themed Venues named Club Paris", inspired by the heiress herself.  The clubs creator Florida's Feridoun (Fred) Khalilian, says that it will have the vibe and energy of the heiress herself "Paris".  The first location should be located in Orlando Florida, on December the 30th with a Invite only celebration to be provided over by the heiress herself.  I will be in florida around that time, will see if i can snag a invite to check out the party.  She will then, (next Day) have a party to ring in the new year at the Paris Club Fla, and open the doors the public on "New Years Eve".  On New Years day Paris goes to Las Vegas and open the Platinum Planet Club Paris, which is a mini version of the Club Paris that will be later expanded.  Clubs in New York, London and Places in Europe will be opened at later dates.   What the party girl gets for the loan of her namesake is almost Seven figures for each location, per club, per year and she deserves it says Khalilian.  Even P Diddy cant touch her says Khalilian, ok Mr K., you are funny.
