The red fire truck
The town burns
The people run out of the school
I stand on the street corner like an idiot
Who am I?
I’m rudy…
Who is rudy?
rudy's that guy… ya know!
Yes… but who is he?
The guy… who stood on the corner… while the school burnt on to town
Yep that’s me
I’m rudy!
Dry leaves fall to ignite the flames
People screaming about priceless family pictures
But there rudy stood, proud and tall
Why does Rudy stand so tall?
Because he’s rudy!
Yea but who is rudy?
I’m rudy
The guy who stood around while the red fire trucks blazed around town
Yep… the guy who stood tall while all the buildings fell to the ground
Why didn’t I run?
Why didn’t I scream?
Why didn’t I help the firemen?
Because I’m rudy…
The real question at hand is…
But are you rudy?
