Eddie "Latino Heat" Guerrero, a fixture for the wrestling fan almost anywhere on the planet knows of the men.  The worldwide wrestling Federation product passed away last night, in his hotel room.  He was supposed to wrestle last night, but was found hours before the match dead in his room by his cousin Chavo.  Mr. Guerrero was known for many of these crazy stunts and dirty deeds.  He was known as that Hispanic powerhouse named Latino Heeeet, who played dirty and loved it.  He worked well with his peers, even doing a story line with ever so big Chyna. She was by his side at many parts during his Latino Heat Character started at the oneset of Latino Heat.  His wrestling style, it was legendary, and a very viable product by Vince McMahon.  Vince has moved his wrestling products into great places, even taking them to cheer up the troops on Christmas.  Mr. Guerrero was one of those wrestlers that formed for that Christmas showcase.  Many of the troops loved to see him when he came to see them in the hospital.  A great many children and adults looked up to Mr. Guerrero, and his no-nonsense attitude.  The man was built like a bricklaying truck and an attitude that was carried on his shoulder in every match that he had participated in.  I myself as a wrestling fan laments Eddie Guerrero, a Hispanic hero of the wrestling ring.  This did come as a surprise to all, for Guerrero gave up drinking and drugs for years ago.   Even though the perception was that he had to be on drugs, but that was part of his wrestling persona it was far from the truth.  Eddie's dream was to main event and he fulfilled that dream in 2004, defending his title against USA Champion Curt Angle and winning. He was known also as the wrestler who "Lies, Cheats and Steals".  His Antics in the ring were well known. The fans loved him, the last person he was battling was JBL. He will be missed by his wrestling locker room friends and most of all by his fans.  Goodbye Mr. Guerrero you will be missed by us all, thank you for entertaining us for all these years.  To his family, thank you for loaning him to us and letting him entertain the world. The UPN family of WWE gave a touching remembrance with all the locker room saying bye.  They were all visibly shaken.

Eddie Guerrero laid to rest

Eddie Guerrero was laid to rest yesterday in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Eddie moved his family to Phoenix a few weeks ago so he could be closer to his mother and sister Linda. The private ceremony was presided over by family friend “Superstar” Billy Graham. Several current and former WWE Superstars were in attendance. Chris Jericho, John Layfield, Dean Malenko, Vince McMahon, Chris Benoit, Tom Prichard and Chavo Guerrero, Jr. all spoke in remembrance of Eddie.  The highly emotional ceremony celebrated the life of Eddie Guerrero, remembering exactly how loving, caring and humble he was.
